Math Solver

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Math Solver collects, why we use it, who else processes it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is AI Entertainment Solutions, registered in Georgia, identification number 302317856, Georgia, Tbilisi city, Chugureti district, Mikheil Tsinamsavrishvili street, N 52, attic. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

Your chats

Guests

To keep a guest’s chats, the browser gets a secret guest key in a cookie. We don’t store the key itself, only a guest id derived from it, which ties the guest’s chats, usage and analytics together.

Accounts

When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and your account id at that service. We never see your password.

Usage

For every request to an AI model we record the model, the number of tokens, the cost and the time. This record contains no chat text.

Payments

When you buy Pro, our payment provider sends us the payment details: amount, currency, fees, taxes, your country and the receipt, which can include your email address. We never receive your full card number.

Analytics

With PostHog we record page views, the site you came from, clicks, your browser and device type, and errors. Text on the page is masked in recorded clicks, page titles are removed, session recording is off, and PostHog is set to discard IP addresses. No chat content is sent to PostHog.

With Google Analytics we record page views with their address and title, the site you came from, scrolling and clicks on links to other sites, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. Google uses your IP address to find that location and to detect spam, and doesn’t store it in Google Analytics. Google’s advertising features (Google signals and ads personalization) are off. No chat content is sent to Google Analytics.

Technical data

Like any website, our servers and Cloudflare process your IP address and the details of each request to deliver pages and to protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare also tells us the country a request comes from, which decides whether we ask for cookie consent.

3. Why we use it

We don’t sell your personal data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t train AI models on your chats.

4. How answers are made

To write an answer, we send the chat’s recent messages, including the text of their attachments, to an AI model provider. To read a photo or a PDF page, we send the image to a vision model. We don’t send your name, email address or account id with these requests. The providers we use include Groq, NVIDIA and OpenRouter, which passes requests on to the model’s maker. They process this data under their own terms and may keep it for a limited time, for example to detect abuse. Please don’t put personal information about yourself or others into your problems.

5. Who else processes your data

We use these service providers, each only for its part of the Service:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to the buyer of our business, which would then be bound by this policy.

6. Transfers outside the EU

We are based in Georgia and collect your data directly from you. Some of our providers are based outside the EU and EEA, for example in the United States. When your data goes to them, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or on the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies the Service needs to work:

Analytics cookies tell visits from the same browser apart: PostHog’s, whose names start with ph_, and Google Analytics’ _ga and _ga_… (2 years). If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, we ask first, and nothing is sent to analytics until you answer. If you decline, Google Analytics doesn’t run, and PostHog counts visits without cookies and without linking them to you. You can change your answer at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar. Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on by default, and you can block them in your browser.

Your browser also keeps your theme and your unsent draft in local storage. They are never sent to us.

8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; for analytics, use “Cookie settings”.

You can delete your chats yourself in the sidebar. For anything else, including deleting your account, email [email protected] from the address your account uses. We reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or to the data protection authority of your country.

10. Children

Many of our users are students. You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

11. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our database and servers is limited to the people who run the Service. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell signed-in users about important changes on the site or by email.
