Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Entertainment Solutions, registered in Georgia (identification number 302317856, Georgia, Tbilisi city, Chugureti district, Mikheil Tsinamsavrishvili street, N 52, attic). They cover your use of Math Solver, the AI math tutor on this website (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Math Solver solves math problems step by step. You can type a problem, write formulas, dictate it by voice, or upload a photo, a PDF or a Word (DOCX) file. You can ask it to explain a step, give you a similar problem or quiz you.

• Guests can use the Service without an account, within limits.
• Signing in with Google or Discord keeps your chats in your account, lets you upload photos and files, and gives you higher limits.
• The Pro plan raises the limits further for the period you paid for (section 7).

We can change the limits and features at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and approve any purchase.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google or Discord. We never see your password for those services. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your Google or Discord account secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. An account is for one person.

4. Guest chats

A guest’s chats are stored on our servers and linked to a cookie in the browser. Anyone using that browser can see them, and clearing its cookies loses access to them. A guest chat is deleted 3 days after its last message, and a guest can keep up to 10 chats of 20 messages each. When you sign in, the guest chats from that browser move into your account.

5. AI answers can be wrong

Answers are written by AI models, and they can contain mistakes: a wrong step, a wrong final answer, or a misread photo or file. Check the answers that matter, for example by working the problem yourself or with your teacher. The Service helps you learn; it doesn’t replace a teacher, and we don’t guarantee that any answer is correct or complete.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service to learn and to check your work. Follow the rules of your school or exam: if they forbid AI help on a test or an assignment, don’t use the Service for it. You are responsible for how you use the answers.

You must not:

• break the law, or upload content you have no right to share;
• upload other people’s personal data, or content that is abusive, hateful, sexual or violent;
• upload malware, or try to break into, overload or disrupt the Service;
• get around the limits, for example by clearing cookies or automating requests;
• scrape the Service, use it through bots or scripts, or resell access to it;
• use its answers to train or build a competing AI model.

7. Pro plan and payments

The Pro plan raises your limits for the period you paid for. The price, the period and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which may act as the seller (merchant of record) and show its name on your receipt and bank statement; its terms also apply to the purchase. We never receive your full card details.

If a purchase renews automatically, the checkout says so. You can cancel a renewal at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to the problems, photos and files you send (“your content”). You allow us to store and process your content as needed to run the Service, including sending it to the AI model providers that write the answers (see our Privacy Policy). Uploaded files are turned into text: we keep that text and a small thumbnail of an image, not the original file.

You may use the answers you get for your own learning and teaching. We don’t claim ownership of them. You confirm that you have the right to send your content and that it doesn’t break these terms.

9. Our property

The Service, its software, design, texts and name belong to AI Entertainment Solutions or our licensors. Parts of it are open-source software used under their own licenses. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service except as those licenses or the law allow.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We can change, limit or stop features, AI models and limits. If we shut the Service down, we refund the Pro time you paid for and couldn’t use.

11. Suspension and account deletion

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, email us from the address your account uses. We may limit, suspend or close an account or a guest’s access if it breaks these terms, harms other people or puts the Service at risk. If we close an account through no fault of its owner, we refund the unused part of a Pro payment.

12. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits, or the results of exams, tests or homework that relied on an answer. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if that is more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell signed-in users about important changes on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree with them, stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Please contact us first about any problem, and we will try to solve it. Disputes we can’t solve go to Tbilisi City Court, Georgia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also go to the courts there.
